Product Description

Wide flow channel: The pump adopt wide flow channel, ensure the overflow capacity.
Various properties: By changing the rotate speed or the diameter of the impeller, the characteristics of the pump can be changed.
Wear-resistant: Impellers, volutes, linings and other over-current components are made of wear-resistant alloy, with a hardness of not less than 50 HRC, and have strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application
1. applicable onboard for dredging inland channel, exploiting seashore, and conveying the slurries with solid particles for coal mine enterprises, mine enterprises, power plants, etc.
2. used onland as dredger booster pump for conveying sand slurry in long distance.if one pump can not meet requirement of discharge distince,multiple pump can be used in series.

- 1. Support frame:main part for supporting flow parts,connect with bearing plates on the two sides to form bearing assembly.
- 2. Pump casing:connect with support frame by 6 bolts,can rotate in 60°gap according to needs,impeller,protecting plate,pump cover installed inside,material is abrasion resistant,the impeller,pump casing and pump cover of this pump are same as 6PNL-30 vertical mud sand pump.
- 3. Split type pump casing with long pump cover(flat pump cover and long pump cover).one body pump casing is available also.
